Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (preferred), Marketing graduates with strong interest in medical sales are also encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within Addis Ababa and occasionally outside the city.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company's medical products to hospitals, dialysis centers, clinics, and wholesalers.

Conduct daily field visits to healthcare facilities and build strong relationships with procurement officers, physicians, pharmacists, and biomedical professionals.

Prepare and follow up on quotations until orders are secured.

Monitor and follow up on government and private hospital tenders, ensuring timely submission of required documents.

Identify new customers and business opportunities.

Collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing, product availability, and customer needs.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Prepare weekly sales and market activity reports.

Coordinate with the office to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
