Key Responsibilities
Create daily content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Write captions, scripts, and campaign messages.
Present projects on camera when required.
Plan monthly content calendars.
Research real estate trends and competitors.
Coordinate with the videographer for content production.
Work with the sales team to highlight promotions and customer success stories.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
