Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls as required for customer follow-ups and service-related activities.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Minimum English proficiency of C1 level (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
