Position: Esthetician
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Perform professional facial and skincare treatments
Conduct skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
Perform advanced facial treatments according to training and clinic standards
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
Provide excellent and personalized customer service
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and aftercare
Maintain accurate client treatment records
Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean and organized
Work professionally with the clinic and salon team

Requirements

Previous experience as an esthetician/beauty therapist
Relevant certification or professional training
Strong knowledge of skincare and facial treatments
Excellent customer-service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and well-presented
Good English communication skills preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments is an advantage
Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering high-quality client experiences
