Finance Administrator & Office Accountant

LeuNet ICT Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Finance Administrator & Office Accountant with strong professional discipline and at least 3 years’ proven experience in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate demonstrates accuracy, integrity, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations in a fast-paced ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily financial activities: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking.
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports: VAT, Withholding, Income Tax
Handle payroll processing and ensure full compliance with Ethiopian tax obligations
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and proper documentation.
Oversee petty cash, procurement records, vendor payments, and office accounting tasks.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory standards.
Proven experience managing accounting operations for import businesses, including customs documentation, managing LC and landed cost tracking.

Required Qualifications

BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years professional experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.
Strong communication and reporting skills
