The Senior Office Engineer serves as the central technical organizer and coordinator at the Head Office across multi-site real estate developments. In addition to technical paperwork and progress tracking, this position plays a critical role in design review, drawing auditing, and design revision management—ensuring architectural, structural and MEP designs are constructible, cost-effective, compliant with codes, and optimized prior to and during site execution. Candidates with strong experience working in design and supervision consultancy firms are highly preferred

Educational level & Work experience:
Master’s Degree (MSC) or Bachelor’s degree (BSC) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Technology and Management (COTM) and minimum of 6 & 8 years of relevant experience as an Office Engineer, Design Engineer respectively and so on.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS window, Applications & Technology out puts and so on.
Proficiency in spoken and written Amharic and English languages
