SENIOR FULL-STACK FINTECH DEVELOPER

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in developing a next-generation FinTech, Core Banking, and SACCO Management Platform for SACCOs, banks, microfinance institutions, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Core Banking & SACCO Management Systems
Develop Savings, Loans, Accounts, Shares, Accounting, General Ledger, Transactions, and Reporting modules
Build secure and scalable backend APIs and frontend applications
Integrate banks, payment gateways, mobile money, KYC, and other financial services
Develop secure digital banking and financial transaction systems
Ensure high standards of security, performance, scalability, and transaction accuracy

Required Technical Skills

Backend:
Java / Spring Boot, Node.js / NestJS, Python / Django or FastAPI, REST APIs, Microservices

Frontend:
React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Database:
PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Redis

Other:
Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, API Integration, Cloud Technologies, Secure Coding

Requirements

4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
Proven experience in FinTech, Banking, SACCO, Microfinance, or Payment Systems
Strong understanding of Core Banking, financial transactions, accounting, APIs, and financial integrations
Experience with Temenos T24/Transact, Finacle, FLEXCUBE, or similar Core Banking platforms is an advantage
