Requirements

* Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.

* Genuine interest in children, education, and Montessori learning.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to explain the educational benefits of Montessori toys and materials.

* Good listening skills to understand parents' and teachers' needs.

* Previous retail or sales experience (1–2 years preferred).

* Experience working with children's products or teaching kids or any filed realated to kids is an advantage.

* Basic sales and upselling skills without being pushy.

* Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

* Organized and able to keep the store clean and products well displayed.

* Basic computer/POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge.

* Ability to manage inventory and restock shelves.

* Willingness to learn about Montessori principles and products.
