Job Summary

•We are looking for a professional and organized Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance tracking, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

•Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

•Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.

Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.

•Prepare HR reports for management.

•Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

•Coordinate staff training and engagement activities.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

•Previous HR experience Minimum of 3 years .

•Fluency in English

•Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
