We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our properties, assisting clients throughout the sales process, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Duties:

• Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to prospective clients
• Identify and follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients with the required documentation
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
• Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Experience working in a real estate company is required
• A college degree is not required

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
