iSON Xperience`s Ethio-call plc. is interested to hire 25 enthusiastic and customer-focused applicants to handling customer queries and providing resolution of complaints, and requests via phone, or chat in a professional and courteous manner in Addis Ababa.
Job Details
Location: Addis Ababa

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Languages Required: Amahric, Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, English and other local language
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
·      Handling customer queries and providing resolution of complaints, and requests via phone, or chat in a professional and courteous manner,
·      Responsible to maintain clear and effective communication with customers,
·      Adherence to call center process guidelines - Update customer records accurately on systems and databases including following any procedures end to end,
·      Accuracy and integrity of Customer data,
·      Ensuring to understand the information provided
·      Maintain accurate customer information and data into the system and
·      Any other duty assigned by the Team Leader
WORK CONDITIONS:
• Ability to work any shift work environment including odd hours; weekends and public holidays.
• To reside within reasonable travel distance to the office, as defined by the Company; to facilitate ease of transport arrangements – where applicable May be required to undergo periodic medical examination to assess own suitability for continued employment at the Call Center.
