Key Responsibilities

Manage hotel and travel reservations, including booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
Support the operation and monitoring of reservation systems and online booking platforms.
Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Assist with system updates, user support, and data management.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure service accuracy.
Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
Design basic marketing materials, social media posts, banners, and promotional content using graphic design tools.
Monitor social media engagement and support online customer inquiries.
Support shift operations, including night shifts when required.
