Main Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of all Bilos Pastry branches.
Ensure excellent food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and evaluate branch teams to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor sales, productivity, and branch performance.
Control food & beverage costs, waste, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Coordinate with Production, HR, Procurement, and Store departments.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement plans.
Handle customer concerns professionally and implement corrective actions.
Support the opening of new branches and continuous business growth.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant and pastry/bakery operations.
Food & beverage cost control and inventory management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple branches.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the pastry, bakery, café, or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple outlets or branches is an advantage.
