Key Duties:

Lead ATL marketing campaigns (TV ads, posters, events).
Manage partnerships, sponsorships & co-branding activities.
Plan and execute event-based and on-ground activations.
Support TV program branding and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with social media & BTL teams for aligned messaging.
Manage full campaign cycles and budgets.
Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
Planning, developing and delivering campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Perform any other related tasks as asked by the Market Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
1+ years marketing experience
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Creative, proactive, and organized
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Amharic.
