Key Responsibilities

Process daily transactions:- Handle accounts payable and receivable, billings, and vendor invoices.
Perform reconciliations:- Complete monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
Maintain financial records:- Post journal entries and update databases using accounting software.
Support financial closing:- Assist senior staff with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with compliance and audits:- Gather documents and prepare schedules for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Software skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel accounting platforms like QuickBooks ,Peachtree or SAP.
Soft skills:- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational abilities.
