We are seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulturist to join our team. As a Horticulturist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the health and growth of plants in our garden or landscape.

Responsibilities:

Site manager
Communication with the lower level and higher level managers
Selecting and sourcing plants suitable for the local climate and soil conditions
Monitoring plant health and identifying diseases or pests
Developing and implementing watering and fertilizing schedules
Pruning and shaping plants to maintain their health and appearance
Conducting soil tests and making recommendations for soil improvement
Collaborating with other team members to ensure the overall health and aesthetics of the garden or landscape
Keeping detailed records of plant care activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture or related field
Previous experience working in a horticulture or landscaping role
Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Fluent English(Mandatory)
