We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve operational efficiency, lead teams, and ensure the successful execution of company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management.

· Experience working in a reputable company is a strong advantage.

· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using modern business technologies, digital tools, and operational management systems.

· Fluency in English and Afaan Oromoo (Mandatory).
