Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, open doors, and assist guests in and out of vehicles.
Luggage Handling: Transport, store, and deliver luggage and personal belongings efficiently and securely during check-in and check-out.
Room Orientations: Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring room readiness, and clearly explain hotel amenities, safety features, and in-room technologies.
Local Guidance & Transportation: Provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options. Assist with arranging taxis, shuttles, or rental services.
Deliveries: Ensure prompt delivery of mail, packages, messages, and amenities to guest rooms.
Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the main entrance, lobby, and baggage storage areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and Concierge to guarantee seamless guest experiences and resolve any inquiries.
