Salon, Spa & Barbershop Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and professional female manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon, spa, and barbershop. The manager will ensure smooth operations, high service quality, staff discipline, and excellent customer experiences, maintaining professional standards across all departments.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team while keeping the salon environment welcoming, clean, and professional.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon, spa, and barbershop.
Ensure services are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are functional and well-organized.
Implement and enforce salon policies, procedures, and service standards.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

2. Staff Management & Leadership

Supervise stylists, barbers, therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure punctuality.
Train new staff on service standards, professionalism, and customer care.
Monitor staff performance, behavior, and discipline.
Resolve staff conflicts and promote teamwork.
Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and conduct.

3. Customer Service & Client Experience

Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
Ensure proper client consultation before services.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements when necessary.
Promote respectful and professional interaction with clients.

4. Inventory & Supplies Management

Monitor product and supply usage to prevent shortages.
Ensure availability of beauty, spa, and barbering products.
Prevent wastage, misuse, or theft of products.
Maintain organized storage and proper handling of products.

5. Administration & Reporting

Maintain operational records including attendance, schedules, and service flow.
Report operational issues, staff concerns, and customer complaints to the owner.
Support the owner with operational planning and improvements.

Experience in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and professional standards.
