We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Salary: 10,000 ETB per month

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers and visitors.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and basic office applications).
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Work Location: Addis Ababa
