We are seeking a highly articulate, polished, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will act as the right hand to executive leadership, ensuring smooth operational flow, managing tight schedules, and maintaining executive presence across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients or partners.
Manage complex executive calendars, organize board meetings, and coordinate local/international travel logistics.
Draft executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high accuracy.
Handle sensitive and confidential company information with complete discretion.
Support late-running executive meetings and urgent tasks outside standard working hours as needed.
