Social media content videographer and editor

We’re Hiring: Experienced Social Media Content Videographer & Editor

Are you a visual storyteller who knows what makes people stop scrolling? Do you love taking creative ideas and turning them into dynamic, high-performing video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn?

We are looking for a talented, energetic, and experienced Social Media Content Videographer & Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead our end-to-end video production process—from brainstorming viral concepts and directing on-set shoots to delivering crisp, high-converting edits.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot & Produce: Plan, set up, and capture high-quality video content using professional gear (cameras, lighting, audio) as well as mobile devices optimized for short-form social formats.
Edit & Polish: Cut, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form videos with crisp pacing, eye-catching text overlays, color grading, sound design, and trend-aligned audio.
Concept & Collaborate: Brainstorm fresh, engaging content concepts alongside the marketing team and translate strategic objectives into visual narratives.
Trend & Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging social media video trends, audio tracks, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes.
Asset Management: Organize footage, manage project archives, and ensure all brand visual standards are consistently maintained across published channels.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: proven professional experience shooting and editing social-first video content (portfolio/showreel required).
Technical Mastery: High proficiency with industry-standard editing software.
Gear Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of digital cameras, mobile shooting techniques, basic lighting setups, and external audio recording.

Creative Eye: Deep understanding of visual storytelling, hooks, framing, pacing, and current social media aesthetics.
Efficiency & Autonomy: Strong time-management skills with the ability to turn around timely content quickly without compromising quality.
