Required Degree in HR management or related Field

Recruitment & Scaling: Managing the end-to-end hiring process to bring in skilled technical and administrative talent for the lab.
Policy & Compliance: Drafting, implementing, and maintaining clear internal company policies and employee handbooks from scratch.
Employee Retention: Creating engagement initiatives, clear career pathways, and feedback loops to keep our team motivated and satisfied.
Daily HR Operations: Handling employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and attendance records.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in HR management or a senior HR generalist role.
Legal Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law
Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, organizational skills, and the ability to build HR frameworks from the ground up.
Presence: A highly approachable yet professional leader who can confidently work 100% on-site at our Bole office.
