Yimaru Academy PLC is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Expert to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing sales revenue, expanding the company's market presence, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify and develop new B2B and B2C opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
Present company products and services to potential clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Marketing

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
