Marketing Manager

Main Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Research the market, customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and other channels.
Build and strengthen the company’s brand identity and public presence.
Create and manage content, including social media posts, videos, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and other marketing staff.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure spending delivers measurable results.
Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Marketing strategy and campaign planning.
Market research and competitor analysis.
Content creation and storytelling.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Branding and customer acquisition.
Data analysis and understanding of marketing KPIs.
Ability to use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup, technology, transportation, delivery, e-commerce, or service business.
Demonstrated experience running successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience managing a marketing team or coordinating creative professionals is an advantage.
A strong portfolio or evidence of previous campaigns and results is highly preferred.
