The Senior Operation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the organization's daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and achievement of business objectives. The role involves managing operational activities, supervising teams, and implementing strategies to improve overall performance.

Requirements

· MA/BA Degree in any field of study.

· MA: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.

· BA: Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

· Experience working with international companies or multinational organizations is highly preferred.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Basic computer skills.

· Fluent in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, organize, and monitor daily operational activities.

· Ensure efficient utilization of company resources.

· Supervise and support operational teams.

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

· Monitor performance and prepare operational reports.

· Coordinate activities between departments to achieve organizational goals.

· Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
