About the Project

We're looking for a marketing agency or skilled freelancer to join us for a long-term content engagement. This is a high-output, ongoing role — not a one-off project — so we want a partner who can commit consistently over several months and grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Producing 3–4 pieces of content per day, with a strong lean toward short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts style), supplemented by social media posts and graphics
Planning and maintaining a consistent content calendar/posting cadence
Adapting content to match our brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Staying current on platform trends (short-form video formats, trending audio, hooks, etc.) and incorporating them where relevant
Collaborating with us on messaging, campaigns, and content strategy
Reporting on content performance and iterating based on results

What We're Looking For

Proven experience producing high-volume, short-form video content (please share a portfolio or reel of past work)
Strong grasp of social media trends and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Ability to reliably deliver 3–4 pieces of content daily without sacrificing quality
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Graphic design skills for supplementary static/social content (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and reliability — this is a long-term working relationship, not a one-time gig
Agencies and individual freelancers are both welcome to apply

Project Details

Duration: 3–6 months to start
Volume: 3–4 content pieces per day (mostly video, some social posts/graphics)
Payment Structure: Fixed monthly retainer (please include your proposed monthly rate in your application)
Work Arrangement: Remote, ongoing collaboration
