The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Internal Audit: Perform monthly Internal audit with the help of our senior finance expert.

-Accounting System Management: Maintain and manage financial records using Peachtree (Sage 50). You will be responsible for data entry, general ledger maintenance, and ensuring the integrity of financial data within the system.

- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file Monthly VAT reports accurately and on time. Manage the calculation, documentation, and reporting of Withholding Tax (WHT) to ensure full regulatory compliance.

-Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on current information, changes in legislation, and new directives issued by the Internal Revenue Authority to ensure all company financial practices are compliant.

-Accounts Receivable & Credit Control: Monitor and track credit sales rigorously. You will be responsible for ensuring that all credit sales are followed up on, documented, and collected in a timely manner.

-Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily balancing of sales against bank statements. You must investigate and resolve any discrepancies between the internal sales records and bank transactions promptly.
