Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee the school’s human resource operations, ensuring the optimization of human capital, compliance with local labor laws, and the maintenance of a supportive professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy announcement to onboarding.

· Oversee payroll administration, staff attendance, leave management, and personnel files.

· Implement and update school HR policies, staff manuals, and uniform guidelines.

· Lead performance evaluation processes and coordinate staff professional development.

· Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Ethiopian labor law.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role (experience in an educational institution is highly advantageous).

· Deep understanding of Ethiopian labor proclamation and HR best practices.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
