Nutritional Sales Representative

Location: Around Ayat roundabout, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Lyte is Ethiopia's leading hydration and electrolyte brand, dedicated to improving health and performance through science-backed nutritional products. We are looking for a motivated Nutritional Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships across healthcare, retail, sports, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets and grow Lyte's market presence.
Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, supermarkets, wholesalers, gyms, sports clubs, and corporate clients.
Educate customers on the benefits of Lyte's products.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
