Are you passionate about transforming architectural ideas into stunning visual realities?
We are hiring three creative and driven female architects with a strong interest in 3D architectural visualization, particularly SketchUp and architectural rendering.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or junior professionals to grow with a supportive team, work on impactful design projects, and develop professional-level rendering skills.
Experience with V-Ray and D5 is a strong advantage, but expert-level knowledge is not required. If you already have experience with these tools, that's great. If not, a willingness and commitment to learn them is essential. We will provide guidance and support to help you develop the required rendering skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design team in developing conceptual and detailed architectural models.
Develop high-quality architectural renderings using V-Ray for SketchUp and D5 for SketchUp.
Learn and apply professional rendering techniques with guidance from the team.
Assist in post-production using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Participate in client presentations and internal reviews by preparing compelling visual materials.
Collaborate with team members remotely and consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining quality output.
Essential Technical Skills
3D Modeling:
Proficient in SketchUp
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Rendering:
Basic to advanced knowledge of V-Ray and/or D5 is an advantage
Willingness and commitment to learn V-Ray and D5 is REQUIRED
Candidates who already have strong V-Ray/D5 skills will have an advantage.
Post-Production:
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Basic knowledge of Illustrator
Design Understanding:
Strong foundation in architectural design principles
Good understanding of architectural space, materials, lighting, and composition
Optional but a Plus:
Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, Vantage, or other architectural visualization software.
Soft Skills
Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail
Strong interest in architectural visualization and rendering
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong time management and self-organization in a remote work environment
Willingness to learn, practice, and improve V-Ray and D5 skills
Eagerness to grow with a team of professionals
Ability to receive feedback and apply it to improve the quality of work
Important
You do not need to be an expert in V-Ray or D5 to apply.
If you are a capable architect with good SketchUp skills and a strong willingness to learn rendering, we are prepared to help you develop your V-Ray and D5 skills.
However, the willingness and commitment to learn these tools is essential for the role.
