Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Videographer & Multimedia Content Producer responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality visual content for ZAINX. This role focuses on the technical and creative production of videos and multimedia assets while working closely with the Content Creator & Brand Host.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

Operate professional cameras.
Set up lighting and audio equipment.
Record interviews, events, and product demonstrations.
Capture B-roll footage.
Manage studio and on-location shoots.

Video Editing

Produce:

Social media reels.
Product videos.
YouTube videos.
Commercial advertisements.
Corporate presentations.
Event highlight videos.
Customer testimonial videos.

Motion Graphics

Create animated titles.
Add transitions and effects.
Produce intro and outro animations.
Add subtitles and captions.
Enhance videos with graphics.

Photography

Product photography.
Corporate headshots.
Team and office photography.
Event coverage.

Equipment Management

Maintain:

Cameras.
Lenses.
Lighting kits.
Microphones.
Gimbals.
Drones (if applicable).
Studio equipment.

Content Delivery

Optimize content for:

Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
LinkedIn
Website
Digital advertising

Required Software

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
DaVinci Resolve
Photoshop
Illustrator
Lightroom
CapCut (optional)
Final Cut Pro (optional)

Equipment Experience

Sony, Canon, Nikon, or Blackmagic cameras.
DJI gimbals.
Wireless microphone systems.
LED lighting.
Teleprompters.
Drone operation (preferred).

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in videography and editing.
Strong portfolio of commercial, corporate, or social media videos.

KPIs

Produce 10–15 edited videos per month.
Deliver 10–20 short-form videos.
Complete edits within agreed turnaround times.
Maintain consistent video quality and branding.
Build and organize a reusable media library.
