Receptionist Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive, record, and direct messages
- Maintain reception area organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Maintain confidentiality of records
- Data Collector Responsibilities
  - Collect accurate information from respondents through interviews, surveys, or observations
  - Explain study purposes and obtain informed consent when required
  - Use questionnaires, tablets, or other data collection tools correctly
  - Check collected data for completeness and accuracy
  - Submit reports and collected data on time
  - Maintain confidentiality of participants’ information
  - Follow project guidelines and supervisor instructions
  - Report challenges encountered during data collection
