Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Make sure to send it to our HR s.yasser@gtworld.de )

Communicate with service and product vendors to resolve financial matters and settle transactions.
Process and post financial transactions, including invoices, payments, credit memos, and refunds.
Allocate freight expenses and ensure accurate unit cost calculations.
Prepare vendor payments and process payment requests through banking platforms.
Review and approve outgoing national and international payments in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all expense-related components of the income statement are accurately recorded before month-end closing.
Perform reconciliations and clearing of General Ledger (G/L) accounts related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and support internal control procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
