About the Role
Cosmic Technologies is seeking a motivated and technically skilled System Installation & Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing the company's software solutions at client sites, configuring systems, providing user training, and ensuring clients are able to effectively use our products.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure company software solutions at client locations.
Set up and test systems to ensure proper functionality.
Provide hands-on training to clients and end users.
Prepare and deliver user guides, training materials, and demonstrations.
Assist clients during system implementation and go-live.
Troubleshoot installation and basic technical issues.
Coordinate with the development and support teams to resolve client concerns.
Follow up with clients after implementation to ensure successful adoption.
Maintain installation and training records and prepare implementation reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in software installation, implementation, or technical support is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
Knowledge of database basics and networking is an added advantage.
