Glow EthioTurkiye Skin Care & Aesthetic Center is looking for a qualified and experienced Administration & Human Resource Officer to join our team.

Reports to: Finance & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, general condition, and day-to-day functionality of the center.
Register, maintain, and monitor the center’s fixed assets.
Manage stocks of office, medical, and other facility supplies and consumables.
Lead staff recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and personnel administration.
Maintain effective HR records and support staff management across the facility.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Officer, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of management/administrative experience in a private health facility.
Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and staff-management skills.
Experience in both facility administration and HR management is highly desirable.

Minimum experience requirement: 5 years.
