We are looking for motivated and energetic Sales Executives to promote and sell our Payment Gateway solutions and ERP Software to businesses. This is Salary plus a commission-based opportunity with excellent earning potential for individuals who are confident in sales and enjoy meeting clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers.
Present and demonstrate Payment Gateway and ERP Software solutions.
Generate new leads and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
Meet assigned sales targets and report daily activities.

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in the field.
Basic knowledge of business software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

15% commission on every successful sale.
High performers can earn up to ETB 25,000 or more based on performance.
1-day professional training provided before starting.
Hands-on field experience and ongoing sales support.
