We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to support and protect the company’s legal interests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters, representing the company when necessary, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to management on business operations and decisions

Handle legal disputes and represent the company in legal and administrative matters

Liaise with law enforcement authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies when required

Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Ensure compliance with labor laws and other applicable regulations

Manage employee-related legal issues and disciplinary cases professionally

Follow up and resolve legal cases efficiently to protect company interests

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws and legal procedures

Experience handling disputes, legal cases, or regulatory matters

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with professionalism

Good command of English (written and spoken)
