Afriwork (Freelance Ethiopia) is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Support (Project-Based) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support to join our team for a project-based internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, learn about our service, and contribute to a specific project aimed at improving our Carrer support program.

Requirements:

BA degree in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and contributing to project success.

Main duties and Responsibilities

Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic support
Collect data and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of each customer interactions and feedback.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Proactively identify and address potential customer pain points.
Contribute to improving customer support processes and documentation.
Representing the company in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
Fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Conduct every activity assigned by your line manager.
