Job Overview

Bright Techno Tonic PLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to fill the dual role of Executive Secretary . This individual will manage the daily operations of the CEO’s office while providing vital administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth corporate operations across our expanding digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate high-level meetings, draft corporate correspondence, and handle confidential executive documentation.
HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, processing leave requests, and supporting recruitment and onboarding workflows in alignment with group-wide policies.
Office Operations: Oversee general office administration, manage office supplies, coordinate facility logistics, and direct incoming corporate communications.
Visitor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level visitors, corporate partners, and internal team leads.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or in a related executive support role.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a strict commitment to corporate confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional workplace etiquette, and strong problem-solving abilities.
