2. Career Objective

Why you want to work as a Host and Sales Executive in automotive marketing.
What value and presentation skills you can bring to Yemaryam Import and Export.
3. Host & Content Creation Experience
Experience in video hosting, live streaming, or presenting on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (Prior experience in hosting/promotions is strongly preferred).
Note: Sales experience is an advantage, but prior sales employment background is not mandatory.
4. Social Media & Content Skills
Demonstrated experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
Practical skills in:
Video host/presentation and camera confidence.
Content creation and basic video editing (Cap Cut, Canva , etc.).
Live streaming and online customer engagement.
5. Sales & Communication Skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer relationship management and negotiation ability.
Confidence in presenting products directly to audiences online and offline.
6. Computer Skills
Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email usage.
7. Automotive Knowledge (Advantage)
Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and Electric Vehicles (EVs).
Familiarity with vehicle financing and insurance process is a plus.
8. Languages
Amharic (Required), English (Required). Additional languages are an advantage.
9. References (Minimum 2)

Additional Practical Assessment
Record a 1-minute video promoting/presenting a car (Host demo).

Demonstrate customer-handling and communication skills.
