Key Duties and Responsibilities

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Science
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Receive and direct visitors, clients, and phone calls professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and official documents.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for management staff.
Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other office documents.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential information.
Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
Manage office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Support management and staff with administrative and clerical tasks.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
