Administer, configure and continuously improve Sorana's ERP system (finance, inventory, procurement and production modules).

Own and maintain the CRM system as the single source of truth for the sales pipeline, customer records and forecasts.

Ensure clean, accurate data flow and integration between CRM, ERP, and other business tools used across departments.

Build reports and dashboards for sales, production, finance and management (pipeline, sqm sold, collections, inventory levels, etc.).

Automate manual workflows and approvals to reduce turnaround time and errors across departments.

Coordinate clean handoffs of data across Marketing → Sales → Production → Installation → Finance.

Provide first-line troubleshooting and support for ERP/CRM users; escalate to vendors/developers where needed.

Train and onboard staff on correct system usage; maintain up-to-date documentation and SOPs.

Manage system access, permissions and data security; ensure regular backups and disaster-recovery readiness.

Evaluate new modules, integrations or tools that could improve efficiency, and recommend upgrades.
