Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Work Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in a healthcare, educational, or similar institutional environment is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and records.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, HR correspondence, and other personnel documents.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
Support employee performance management, training, and staff development activities.
Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace concerns and conflicts.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant information to management.
Assist with payroll-related HR information and employee benefits administration.

Location Preference

Preference will be given to candidates residing near Sante Medical College.
