Role Summary

We are not looking for a traditional, purely creative marketing manager. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercially astute marketing leader who understands that great marketing must align with strong financial health. You will bridge the gap between our creative campaigns and our financial performance, ensuring marketing budgets are optimized, customer acquisition costs are carefully tracked, and campaigns directly drive profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives and financial targets.

● Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Manage the marketing department’s budget, perform cost-benefit analyses on campaigns, and track marketing spend efficiency (ROI, ROAS).

● Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs to guide promotional activity and pricing models.

● Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast marketing performance, evaluate project profitability, and deliver clear financial-impact reports of marketing activities to executive leadership.

● Team & Client Coordination: Work closely with creative, social media, and production teams to ensure campaign execution matches financial allocations and timelines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

● Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing management, brand management, or a highly commercial business development role.

● Academic Background (Mandatory): A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a closely related quantitative field. A dual background or postgraduate qualification in marketing is highly valued.

● Financial Literacy: Strong competency in budgeting, financial forecasting, cost allocation, and interpreting P&L statements.

● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, analyze campaign metrics, and translate creative concepts into measurable financial outcomes.

● Location & Availability: Ability to work full-time from our office in the Shola/Megenagna area.
