About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Call Center/Telemarketer role. This position is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to our SMS gateway service and escalate complex issues as needed.
Guide clients through onboarding, setup, and usage of our platform.
Proactively monitor client accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and offer solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
Organize and conduct client training sessions or webinars to enhance their understanding of our services.
Keep clients informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends.
Develop personalized strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Geez SMS's value proposition and maintaining a positive image.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or call center is favorable.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of proven experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SMS gateway services and related technologies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
