Job Description

Position: Sales Agent

Job Type: Contractual (6 months with a high possibility of extension)

Salary: Net 10k + monthly bonus

Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

About the Role: We, Addis Tech PLC, are seeking a driven Sales Agent to expand our online travel agency platform by onboarding(registering) new property(hotels and Guesthouses) partners.

Key Duties:

Prospect: Scout and register hotels, guest houses, and apartments.

Pitch: Clearly explain platform benefits to property owners.

Close: Confidently negotiate and secure partnership agreements.

Follow-up: Manage meetings and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience: Fresh graduates can apply Prior sales experiences is advantageous

Education: BA/BSc in any field.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong familiarly with technology systems and apps
Ability to understand business problems and recommend solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong rejection handling and sales resilience.
