Duties and Responsibilities

Transport laboratory equipment, teaching materials, office supplies, and furniture within the institution.
Deliver official documents, examination materials, and correspondence between departments.
Assist in loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
Support the setup and arrangement of classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, and examination halls.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
Assist during institutional events, workshops, trainings, and examinations.
Ensure proper handling of fragile and sensitive equipment.
Follow occupational health and safety procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Education
Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent (or as required by institutional policy).
Experience
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
