We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior 3D Modeling & 3D Printing Specialist to support 3D model development and 3D printing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality 3D models, generating print-ready files, operating and monitoring 3D printers, and ensuring projects are delivered with accuracy, quality, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D models based on project requirements and drawings.

- Prepare and optimize files for 3D printing.

- Operate, monitor, and manage 3D printing activities.

- Ensure printed components meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot minor printing issues and improve print quality.

- Monitor printer performance and material usage.

- Organize and maintain digital files and print records.

- Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet project deadlines.

- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of 3D printers and workstations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

- 0–2 years of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of 3D modeling principles.

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.

- Experience with 3D printing processes is an advantage.

- Knowledge of SolidWorks is a strong advantage.

- Experience with Rhino, SketchUp, Fusion 360, or similar software is a plus.
