Key Responsibilities

Network Configuratio : Configure, install, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (APs).

Must have a 3 year experience

Troubleshooting: Act as the second level of escalation for the helpdesk. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues (connectivity drops, latency, VLAN mismatches, routing errors).

Routing & Switching: Implement and manage dynamic routing protocols (such as OSPF or BGP), VLANs, spanning-tree (STP), and link aggregation.

Security Management: Assist in managing firewall policies, ACLs (Access Control Lists), and VPN tunnels (Site-to-Site and Remote Access).

Monitoring: Utilize network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) to analyze traffic patterns, identify bottlenecks, and ensure network uptime.

Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, device configurations, and IP address management (IPAM) records.

Project Implementation: Assist senior engineers in network upgrades, office moves, and new technology roll outs

IOT Configuration : Configure and deploy all types of IOTs such as interactive panel ,Smart Screens CCTV Cams and Infrastructure related to IOT .
